Met Smovin krijgt u een melding zodra een van uw huurcontracten ge\u00efndexeerd kan worden.<\/p>
De software voert de berekening in uw plaats uit en houdt daarbij rekening met criteria als het EPC en het soort huurcontract, het gewest of de geldende wetten.<\/p>
Met Smovin kunt u ook een melding sturen naar de huurder via e-mail, brief of aangetekend schrijven.<\/p>
